In this story, D.W. (a friend of Arthur from the Arthur series by the same author) is a very picky eater, and ends up having to stay home when the family takes Grandma out to eat. D.W. begins to wonder if she missed something by being so picky when her brother brings home a fancy souvenir from the restaurant. Does D.W. begin to consider eating her greens? If you have a picky eater, this book may be a good one to have at your house.
